  • Eating fruits and vegetables, as they give the body the necessary nutrition, in addition to moisturizing the skin, because each of the fruits and vegetables contains a large amount of water, vitamins, and various minerals, in addition to antioxidants that maintain skin health, and it is preferable to eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids. And vitamin E, and examples of these foods are olive oil, nuts and avocados, all of which are good food sources for keeping the skin soft and moisturized.

  • Stay away from stress because it affects the health of the skin, and this problem can be solved through some simple solutions such as: exercise, and reducing stress.


  • Avoid exposure to the sun, especially in the summer, and you should avoid sitting in the sun for long periods during the afternoon, and if there is a need to take a sunbath, it is preferable to be in the afternoon, and before all this, you must use a sunscreen cream with a protection factor Between 20-30, before going out.
  • Wear long-sleeved clothes and hats in the summer.


  • Not heating the house too much, so that it becomes very warm, because the transition between cold and very hot weather causes dry skin, yet the skin must be constantly moisturized.


  •  Wearing gloves during the winter, because cold air causes dehydration, and if the skin is sensitive, the low temperature leads to redness, swelling and itching of the skin, on the hands, and exposed areas of the skin.
